Job Responsibilities:

Engineering:

  • Review, develop and implement administrative ERP Software, SOP/Policies for smooth functioning of the administrative areas.
  • Control internal security system in premises to ensure companies security policy and procedures including other firefighting equipment.
  • Review and verify all the purchase requisitions, comparative statements and work orders before placing the final purchase order.
  • Supervise subordinates to issue payments to contractors, suppliers and service providers timely.
  • Identify subordinates' training and development needs and provide necessary coaching/training
  • Assign tasks to subordinates and review subordinates' performance.
  • Corporate agreements with different service providers (Cleaning Service provider, hospitals, security co. courier companies etc.) to ensure and get the corporate benefits for the company and internal customers.
  • Ensure the users space requirements and supervise the construction work/renovation/project management/repair and maintenance
  • Assist on different official’s event management activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Accounts & Finance:

  • Overall activities such as Financial Planning, Controlling, Coordinating and Supervising the Accounts.
  • Analyze cost structure of the Business and develop cost reduction objectives for the Business Unit.
  • Capable in handling the Tax & VAT related activities of the company individually and make liaison with the authorities time to time as and when required.
  • Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic final statements, costing reports as desired by top management
  • Maintain ERP Software along with proper banking relations to achieve best financial option for business growth on bank loan.
  • Development of existing financial/ accounting system and strategy.
  • Continuous scrutiny of processes for improvement and cost minimization.
  • Prepare the audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison weekly and monthly.
  • Acting as a liaison, problem solver and facilitator between the corporate office and the business units in terms of internal audit control.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Supply Chain Management/ Commercial:

  • Prepare SOP and conduct training to the respective group of people
  • Prepare succession plan for all process.
  • Import & Export, Opening of L/C, Liaison with Supplier/ Buyer, Local Indenter, VAT, Custom and Group of Companies work order etc.
  • Import and Export processing through Bank, EPB, BEPZA, Customs etc. Preparation of Import and Export documents.
  • Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, amendment/correction, shipment, payment realization, release etc.).
  • Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department etc. for smooth export & shipping operations.
  • Inventory Management, handle crisis management.
  • Follow-up raw material consumption plan Vs. actual
  • Prepare necessary presentations and reports/statements as required.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Information & Technology:

  • Running regular checks on network and data security.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
  • Designing training programs and workshops for staff, conducting regular audit.
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
  • Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
  • Providing direction for IT team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
 

Employment Status: Full-time

 

Educational Requirements:

  • CA or MBA/ Masters in Management/ Public Administration/Finance/Accounting or related discipline from any public or reputed private Universities/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE.
  • Having professional degree in respective field will add value.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 35 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance & Accounts/ Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)/IT Management/Engineering.
  • Both male & female are allowed to apply.
  • Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
  • Ensure quality standard, manage quality platform and attend each and quality control.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.

Vacancy: 4 (Four)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation
  • Maintain systemic filling of all documents.
  • Material Purchase Order(MPO) & Material Receiving Report (MRR) check and update in daily basis
  • Maintain Monthly Inventory of Stationary and Groceries and submitting order list to Admin Department for validation.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls (overseas and local), assist callers, take massages, and provide information and direct calls to staff members.
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • Assist other Departments.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
